Connell takes the word "custom" to new heights by planning and customizing each and every home with each buyer to meet their every need. The attention that each home gets is the reason that every buyer gets what they want for the best price. And this is what we mean by "value".

Finally, a reference list is available upon request, consisting of previous buyers.
 

Once you have an idea of what you want in a new home, simply list out approximate needs, and we can then look over the 50+ different house plans that we have built from to get a start at designing. This service is free to any buyer.

The latest developments by Connell to tour would be "Stonebridge Estates", "Homestead Estates", "Woodland Ridge", and "Olde Colony Hills". All of which are very nearby.

"Deer Ridge Estates" is located between "Stone Bridge Estates", and "Olde Colony Hills". The 25 lots are set on approximately 75 +/- acres of forested hills. With the quality homes we have planned, this should prove to be a "one of a kind" neighborhood in this most prestigious and scenic area of Tyngsborough.

PRICING:

Pricing shall be held for the duration of the lot reservation prior to P&S. Once P&S has been executed, pricing designated on P&S will not change, however any new upgrades or changes after signing will be subject to any price increases that may have occurred.

  4. Selections must be made from builders suppliers and any overages above the allowance must be paid directly to the supplier at the time of the order.

WARRANTY:

All homes come with a full one-year plus warranty (inc. in P&S)
